Our client is a leading Singapore based Law firm and they are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join their Singapore office.

Responsibilities of IT Service Desk Specialist:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for end users - hardware. software, systems, network
  • Manage IT requests, incident management
  • Ensure ITIL processes are followed

Requirements of IT Service Desk Specialist:

  • Proven expertise with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Intune protection
  • Good experience with Microsoft Azure, SaaS Applications, Active Directory
  • Prior knowledge on Legal Technology products
