Our client in banking is looking for a dedicated professional to support their credit processing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling credit requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and managing credit files, including ordering collateral.

Your Responsibilities:

• Enter and review credit requests for completeness and accuracy, creating and maintaining credit files.
• Liaise with land registry offices, notaries, banks, insurance companies, and customer advisors for necessary clarifications.
• Provide support to customer advisors by assisting with technical inquiries and loan application processing.
• Contribute expertise to projects and working groups, helping to refine and optimize credit processes while taking on specialized responsibilities in specific areas.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training in a bank, notary's office, or land registry office.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in credit or mortgage business, such as credit processing or private/corporate customer services.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing processes and proactively contribute new ideas.
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation.
• Advanced German and English language skills.
