Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Fundraiser to expand our capital-raising efforts and deepen relationships with institutional investors. In this role, you will be instrumental in securing funding to support the development and expansion of our logistics and industrial real estate portfolio across Europe.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate fundraising, preferably within logistics or industrial sectors.
- Established network with institutional investors, such as pension funds, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Ability to craft and present compelling investment proposals.
