• Oversee the financial performance of onboarded assets, performing detailed financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations (e.g., reprice loans, sell assets) to enhance value.
• Lead the buy, hold, or sell analysis, advising senior leadership on optimal strategies for maximizing asset value.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assets, ensuring all financial aspects are well monitored and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for outsourced property management teams, including CBRE, for operational management and building management.
• Conduct regular evaluations of financials for assets in Japan, ensuring that performance metrics, return on investment (ROI), and other key indicators are tracked.
• Produce regular performance reports and provide insights into how assets are performing relative to expectations.
• Develop strategic recommendations to adjust asset management strategies, including leasing, pricing, and financial restructuring.
