My client is a prominent investment banking firm in the U.S., known for providing a comprehensive range of financial advisory services to middle-market companies.
Services include M&A advisory, debt and equity placement, corporate restructuring, special situations, valuation and fairness opinions, and financial advisory services.
My client is currently recruiting motivated professionals at the Vice President level for their Debt Advisory Group, based in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage financial deals, including mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing financial advisory services and identifying new business opportunities.
- Deal Execution: Lead and coordinate the execution of deals, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct and oversee financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, financial statements, and economic data to provide insights for clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and structure transactions, ensuring they align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as research, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in investment banking, with a background in commercial lending, debt placements, or similar roles.

- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
