I'm currently working with a boutique Investment Bank that's looking to hire 2-4 Managing Directors in various locations across the US. The ideal candidates will have 10+ years of Investment Banking experience and a proven track record of originating middle-market M&A deals in a specified vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Originating M&A transactions
- Continuously build, maintain, and strengthen relationships
- Oversee all aspects of deal execution including preparation of marketing materials and due diligence.
- Mentor and develop junior bankers on their team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with another leading investment bank or M&A advisory firm
- Proven sell-side track record in transaction execution
- Relationships to bring over and call upon
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
