Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for regional and international bond issuance.
- Lead and mentor the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team.
- Oversee the origination, structuring, and execution of bond transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
- Monitor global financial markets and identify opportunities for bond issuance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage associated risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Strong experience and track record within debt capital markets, focusing on bond issuance and syndication.
- Proven track record of successful bond transactions and client management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regional and international bond markets and regulatory environments.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
