Role Overview: As the Director of Debt Advisory, you will help lead the debt advisory practice within the financial services sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage the debt advisory team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic debt advisory solutions tailored to the financial services sector.
- Advise clients on a range of debt financing options, including mergers, acquisitions, growth capital, recapitalizations, refinancings, and restructurings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, including commercial banks, alternative lenders, and private institutions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with the most relevant and effective advice.
- Collaborate with other service lines within the firm to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
- Extensive experience in debt advisory, particularly within the financial services sector.
