My client is an Asian securities house with good presence over Asia looking to add to their investment banking business in ECM origination.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with coverage bankers to source mandates within equity capital markets
- Work with senior team members to formulate pitches and win mandates
- Lead structuring and execution of ECM transactions according to clients' needs
- Initiate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Keeping coverage bankers updated with sector trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Strong education background from related majors
- Strong experience in business development with established network in the market
- Knowledge and experience within ECM with focus on the US stock market
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is preferred
