A Leading Life & Annuity Insurer is looking to add a highly skilled AVP/VP to their high performing pricing & product development team. This individual will play a key role within the Actuarial Department and be reporting into the SVP.
What you will be doingโฆ
- Responsible overseeing and advising multiple Life pricing teams
- Play an integral role is supporting the profitability and sustainability growth with new product developments
- Create designs & features as well as oversee the pricing and creation of new products & features
- Support assumption-setting and provide insight to assist the company's overall growth while collaborating with Senior leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to create company positions on numerous products
What you will need to be successfulโฆ
- FSA designation preferred.
- Strong background within Annuities and Life Products
- Prior leadership/management required
- 15+ years of relevant actuarial experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
