Your Responsibilities:
Leadership: You will manage the Finance & Controlling division, consisting of two departments, a team, and approximately 25 employees.
Strategic & Operational Oversight: You will hold both strategic and operational responsibility for the Finance & Controlling division, reporting directly to the CFO.
Team Development: This includes the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as their ongoing development and promotion, especially in the context of digitalization.
Planning & Reporting: Your tasks will include corporate planning, regular reporting, liquidity planning and control, and continuous optimization of operational processes.
Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues from other departments and serve as a sparring partner for international finance leaders.
Growth & Transformation: With a strong desire to shape the future, you will further develop the entire finance division, considering the company's growth and transformation.
Structure & Transparency: You will create structure and transparency, ensuring sustainable professionalization, digitalization, and profit-oriented alignment of existing structures.
Your Qualifications:
Leadership: You are an empathetic, solution-oriented leader (m/f/d), who, after successfully completing a degree in economics, has gained several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in a mid-sized company with an international focus.
Expertise & Skills: Your strengths include extensive subject matter knowledge, pronounced strategic and analytical abilities, and a strong willingness to shape the future.
