A rapidly growing private equity firm with impressive returns over the past several years is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to manage investor communications and support the firm's ongoing growth. This is a unique opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director and broader team, manage relationships with institutional investors, and help shape the firm's capital-raising efforts. Additionally, you would have the opportunity to take on the firms investor relationships, thus significantly expanding your personal rolodex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investor communication, including updates, quarterly reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and build relationships with LPs such as insurance companies, family offices, and fund of funds.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft key messages and support fundraising.
- Manage investor inquiries and provide transparent, timely responses.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Investor Relations.
- Experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting a plus.
- Comfort presenting and pitching to investors.
- Strong communication skills and investor-facing experience.
