Technical Support Analyst
Necessary Experience
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- More than 2 years of experience in Level 1/Level 2 support roles.
- Strong customer focus, capable of identifying needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially in Administration, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Good understanding of Desktop/Laptop hardware and OS support (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with IT asset management and automation tools like Endpoint Central.
- Competence in audio-video and video conferencing support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution, such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Industry certifications in Microsoft 365, Cisco, or ITIL.
- Practical experience with Meraki/Cisco or other firewalls and switches.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage small-scale projects from start to finish using effective project management practices.
