Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their investment strategies.
- Market Insights: Provide timely market insights and trading ideas, collaborating with research analysts.
- Sales and Trading: Execute equity trades, ensuring best execution practices, and pitch investment ideas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of equity products and market developments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in equity sales or trading.
