Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 3+ years in credit risk or financial risk management
- Proficiency in credit risk models (PD, LGD, CECL), regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS 9), and tools like Moody's, S&P, or nCino
- Experience in credit process optimization, risk rating methodologies, and commercial/retail lending operations
- Strong critical thinking, ability to present insights clearly, and experience delivering reports to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, foster innovation, and provide coaching and feedback
