Responsibilities & Duties:
Performing valuation, debt capacity, liquidity, and other restructuring analyses
Developing strategic reviews and evaluating distressed M&A opportunities
Assisting with legal documentation and post-closing legal issues
Designing restructuring strategies
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in relevant disciplines
Strong academic background and specific finance experience in either Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Accounting, or other related fields
Ability to travel regularly
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
