About the Role:

They are seeking an experienced M&A Director with a strong background in IT services. In this role, you will lead the entire M&A process, from identifying potential targets to integrating acquisitions joining a well established team that has seen continued growth. This role is fully remote with the option to go into the office at your discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full M&A life cycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration.
- Perform financial analysis and strategic planning to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in M&A within the IT services sector
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
