Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Capital Raising to lead our fundraising efforts and expand our capital partnerships. This pivotal role involves identifying and securing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders, enabling us to grow our lending capabilities and meet strategic business objectives.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years proven experience in capital raising in private markets, ideally within property finance, private equity, or real estate.
- A track record of successfully securing large-scale investments and managing investor relations.
- A strong network of institutional investors, family offices, and other funding sources.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term fundraising strategies.
- Deep understanding of real estate finance and the broader financial markets.
