We are currently looking for an Investment Associate (3-5 years) to join leading logistics investor in London.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate logistics investment opportunities, including acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures, across target markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess supply and demand dynamics, rental rates, occupancy trends, and other factors impacting logistics real estate.
- Perform financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, sensitivity analysis, and investment return calculations, to evaluate potential investments and support decision-making.
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to assess property condition, market fundamentals, legal and regulatory issues, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials for senior management, investors, and lenders to communicate investment thesis, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management, with a focus on logistics properties.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles, with experience in financial modelling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.
- European language is advantageous.
