Role Overview: Senior Associate - Project Management
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic Project Management team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile fundraising initiatives within private markets while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts for fundraising assignments across private markets.
- Prepare comprehensive marketing and due diligence materials, including offering documents, presentations, and DDQs.
- Assist clients with responding to RFPs and investor due diligence inquiries during the fundraising process.
- Oversee internal project tracking, monitoring processes, and preparation of internal marketing resources.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in investor relations (IR), project management within private markets.
- Proven experience working with institutional clients and a solid understanding of private markets.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
