Title: Production Underwriter
Location: Florida, Hybrid & Remote Options
Position Overview:
A leading player in the wholesale brokerage industry is looking to add an experienced Production Underwriter to their growing team. Eligible candidates can have a background in Commercial, Personal, or Professional Lines. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing abilities that will be utilized to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships for renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete risk evaluations to conclude accurate pricing and coverage options.
- Utilize and implement strong marketing strategies to develop new and existing business relationships.
- Ensure necessary growth ratios are met through continued tracking and analyzing of performance indicators.
- Prepare/deliver underwriting recommendations as needed while coordinating with company leadership.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of underwriting experience
- Demonstrates strong aptitude in marketing & sales
- E&S experience preferred
- Possession of a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
