This firm is a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on partnering with talented management teams to support and accelerate growth in niche manufacturers and value-added distributors.
As a Vice President of Private Equity, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our investment portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Evaluating Investment Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify potential investments in lower middle market companies.
- Deal Execution: Lead the due diligence process, negotiate deal terms, and structure investments to ensure successful transactions.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and value creation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, business partners, and industry professionals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing investment deals and driving portfolio company growth.
