Capital Markets Role: The firm is looking for an experienced Capital Markets professional to join their team, reporting to the co-heads of the Investment Team. The role involves navigating large financial institutions, deal sourcing, and relationship management within private credit. The candidate will leverage their network and strategic insights to drive the firm's growth and secure new investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
- Enhance capital markets infrastructure and compliance tracking.
- Provide expertise in capital markets and debt.
- Create marketing content to promote the firm's brand.
- Source, execute, and manage financing at both deal and fund levels, including:
- Collaborating with deal teams on leverage assumptions and transaction underwriting.
- Negotiating terms with lenders and handling legal documentation.
- Coordinating deal closings and amendments with internal and external parties.
- Overseeing the administration of leverage facilities.
- Engaging with rating agencies for rated transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years experience
- Strong network within specialty finance ecosystems.
