Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Credit Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth credit analysis, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting the investment decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis on potential investment opportunities, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and investment recommendations for the investment committee.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, including regular financial reviews and covenant compliance.
- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of credit terms and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis or investment banking
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
