Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Woburn or Medford, MA

Job Purpose: Manage a book of business by servicing and processing new business, renewals, and endorsements. Advise customers on coverage, products, and companies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand carrier products and market effectively.
- Generate accurate quotes and applications for new business.
- Ensure processing, policy issuance, and servicing follow agency procedures and underwriting guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, prioritizing urgent needs.
- Work with Producers to review and complete applications and documentation.
- Keep renewal lists updated and process renewals promptly.
- Cross-sell and up sell existing accounts.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including personal lines campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines with an agency or company preferred.
- Experience with AMS 360 or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and critical analysis skills.
- Highly organized to manage a large book of business.
