Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Improvement Professional to join the team. In this role, you will partner with clients to identify performance gaps, develop and implement improvement strategies, and lead transformation initiatives that drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Diagnostics: Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Utilize data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews to gain a deep understanding of current performance.
- Strategy Development: Develop and present actionable performance improvement strategies, including process reengineering, organizational design, cost optimization, and technology implementation. Tailor recommendations to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Process Optimization: Lead the design and execution of process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing throughput. Leverage methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and others.
- Change Management: Support clients in managing the change process, from initial concept to full implementation. Facilitate training, communication, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Project Leadership: Manage performance improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Oversee project teams, including consultants, analysts, and client staff.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to measure progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assess the impact of improvement initiatives. Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to ensure sustained performance gains.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients achieve long-term business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in management consulting, turnaround & restructuring, FP&A, investment banking, operational improvement, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading performance improvement or business transformation projects across a range of industries is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Visio, etc.). Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is an asset.
- Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, including the ability to prioritize, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Team Orientation: Collaborative approach, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $135,000 - $200,000
All-in Compensation: $200,000 - $375,000
