Job Title: Private Equity Associate

Job Summary:
An PE firm in Los Angeles focused on control investments in the middle market is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Private Equity Associate. They work across traditional buyout and works across Industrial & Business Services, Industrial Technology, and Software & Tech Enabled Businesses.
**2 years of Investment Banking, +1 year of PE experience required!
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
