We are currently partnered with a top tier, prestigious Global Bank looking to add a motivated and energetic candidate to their Client Services team within the Private Banking department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client service and efficient account management processes. You will also play a vital role in supporting business initiatives and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle client instructions for account opening and services, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Accurately update and complete data capture in the system for all client service requests within the specified timelines.
- Provide support to the manager to ensure timely completion of day-end processes.
- Promptly report any exceptions or irregularities to management for immediate awareness.
- Actively participate in business initiatives/projects by gathering user requirements, conducting user acceptance tests.
- Share best practices to enhance internal processes and improve overall efficiency within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in account opening/closure and/or CRS and FATCA.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and client services within the banking industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced Excel skills being advantageous.
