Our client specializes in delivering comprehensive fund administration services, primarily serving private equity funds, and managing an impressive portfolio exceeding EUR 30 billion.
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our client's team in Luxembourg.
The primary focus of this role is to provide top-tier service to their German-speaking client base, and the successful candidate will assume the position of Legal Administrator.
The successful person will be responsible for documents management and company secretarial/domiciliation services for our client's companies and investment funds.
Responsibilities:
๏ท Document Management
๏ท Transaction documentation execution and management
๏ท Execution and filing of subscription and other contractual agreements
๏ท Initial AML/KYC documentation set up and review
๏ท Investigating and verifying AML information
๏ท General filing and documents administration to include uploading documents on Sharepoint and organising the hard files Company Secretarial & Domiciliation
๏ท Organisation, preparation and execution of board meetings and minutes
๏ท Preparation of AGMs and EGMs for Luxembourg funds
๏ท Preparation of legal, tax & regulatory filings and returns
๏ท Various project related activities
Preferred Qualifications:
๏ท Bachelor degree in business or law
๏ท Three years experience working in legal administration or paralegal role
๏ท Working knowledge of Luxembourg & EU AML legislation and understanding of funds industry
๏ท Good analytical skills and attention to detail
๏ท Computer literate and competent with MS Word and Excel
๏ท Ability to act on own initiative
๏ท An organised approach to work with good attention to detail
๏ท Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in German and English
