Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients
- Provide market insights and investment ideas to clients.
- Cover Japan Shares
- Work closely with research analysts and traders to provide clients with timely and accurate information.
- Attend client meetings and conferences.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of trades.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in equity sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Japan Market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English, Japanese, and Mandarin is an advantage
