Responsibilities
- Supports OTC business as the main point of contact.
- Monitors affirmation platforms and resolves exceptions.
- Oversees daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations.
- Manages electronic trading platforms and handles new trader requests.
- Facilitates ad hoc requests from portfolio teams.
- Works with counterparts to improve workflow and reduce errors.
- Identifies and documents root causes of workflow issues and proposes solutions.
- Builds new market and product capabilities.
- Provides support to other product areas as needed.
- Manages the full trade lifecycle, assists with bookings, queries, and daily reconciliations.
- Understands the trade booking process and resolves issues.
- Facilitates ad hoc requests and builds rapport with different departments.
- Identifies and documents root causes of workflow issues and proposes solutions.
- Gets involved in larger projects.
