I am working with a boutique Investment Bank looking to bring on a VP to their Debt Advisory Group. This is a debt structuring, placement and strategic advisory firm raising $25MM-$25MM+ in committed capital.
VP's Responsibilities:
- Handle company and debtor transaction advisory engagements
- Collaborate with members internally and externally to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs
- Assist in guiding discussions with client
- Supervise junior staff
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
VP's Qualifications:
- Extensive debt background with experience executing debt capital raises
- 6+ years of experience working on debt transactions
- BA or MBA in finance or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers, clients, and senior bankers to express complex financial strategies
- Strong written and communication skills
