This client is a leading global investment bank dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to our clients. Our Restructuring team specializes in advising companies facing financial distress, helping them navigate complex restructuring processes to achieve stability and growth. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restructuring Analyst to join our Investment Banking team in New York. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in the execution of restructuring transactions, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate restructuring options and strategies.
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports for clients and senior management.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant materials.
- Support the negotiation and execution of restructuring transactions.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
