Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with senior team members on their passion on investing in software companies
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments
- Prepare detailed financial models and investment memos
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance fund performance and strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 1 year of Sell-side experience from a bulge bracket bank, top tier consultancy house or boutique buy-side shop
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute tasks with precision
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- German professional speaking capabilities able to handle German documentation
- Fluent in English
- Plus point able to speak french
