What you'll be doing…
- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans
- Conduct risk assessments and data analysis
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to internal controls
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit findings and drive improvements
What you'll need to be successful…
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in auditing, insurance industry experience a plus but not required
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., VBA, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
