- Serving as portfolio company board member and providing strategic input to portfolio companies
- Leading all value creation activities and transactions, including follow-on investments, restructuring activities
- Maintaining complex project models
Requirements:
- 8+ years minimum experience in infrastructure/energy investing/asset management experience
- 3+ years leading deals and deal teams
- 5+ years of broad restructuring, distressed or special situation expertise
