Introduction:
Our client, an established investment management firm in London is seeking to make their first-ever hire for the position of EMEA HR. The company has experienced significant growth since it launched 18 months ago and requires someone who can help drive forward its people strategy.
About the Role:
As the successful candidate, you will have overall responsibility for managing human resources across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). You'll report directly to senior leadership and work closely with other departments such as Investor Relations and Buyside Teams. Your primary goal would be to support business objectives by delivering strategic planning around employee relations initiatives like recruitment strategies or training plans while ensuring legal compliance within our industry sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- CIPD qualification preferred
- 5+ years experience with HR roles in financial services
Skills:
1) Strong Communication Skills - ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
2) Analytical Thinking - able analyze data relating various factors affecting productivity.
3) Problem Solving - must possess problem-solving skills required when facing challenges related either internally among employees/teams members externally including stakeholders/customers/vendors etc., that require immediate resolution without compromising standards set forth by regulatory requirements applicable laws governing operations globally where applicable law applies but primarily based on UK legislation due location preference being London-based organization).
