Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
- Design, develop, test, and optimize high-quality, responsive web applications using React.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React and front-end development.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
