This is a position for a Financial Controller who can bring a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong regulatory knowledge. You'll play a critical role in driving financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and working collaboratively with the Risk team to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and insightful financial reports to support decision-making and strategic direction.
- Ensure full adherence to Swiss corporate finance regulations and global best practices.
- Controlling & Analysis for assets and investments.
- Financial Modelling & Forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- M&A Support for high-impact transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A track record of success as a Financial Controller, with hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and establishing effective control systems.
- Experience in the natural resources, commodities or energy sectors, and to able to bring perspectives on industry-specific operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and drive overall business performance.
- Relevant accounting qualification such as a ACCA or CPA.
