Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the Equity Derivatives trading business.
- Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Managers across regions to promote products.
- Maximize total product income by ensuring effective end-to-end client identification, risk management, service, and infrastructure.
- Drive the P&L for Equity Derivatives and spearhead new initiatives for the business overall.
- Manage the implementation of Funds and Structured Products strategies, ensuring performance objectives, revenue goals, and RWA targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards, as well as local laws and regulations, to prevent money laundering.
- Collaborate with global Credit Trading teams to ensure the Equity product adds value for clients and the bank.
- Oversee the implementation of Financing and Investment Solutions strategies, ensuring performance objectives and long-term economic profit goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and proven success in equity derivatives or structured products trading.
- Strong engineering or mathematics degree with the experience handling quantitative models.
- Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed and diverse stakeholders.
