Role Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Capital Raiser to lead and expand our fundraising capabilities. This role is critical to the firm's growth, focusing on building relationships with institutional investors, family offices to secure capital for commercial and residential properties.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years experience in capital raising, ideally within private equity, real estate, or alternative investments.
- A strong network of institutional investors and family offices.
- Strong track record in capital raising for private assets, ideally real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of alternative investments, including private equity, real estate, and other asset classes.
