Position Overview:
As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and engage high-net-worth individuals in China who are interested in obtaining U.S. residency through the EB-5 program. You will work closely with our marketing, legal, and operations teams to promote our EB-5 offerings, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the growth of our investor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy targeting potential EB-5 investors in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, immigration consultants, law firms, and other partners.
- Promote and represent the firm's EB-5 programs through events, webinars, seminars, and one-on-one meetings.
- Understand the legal and regulatory framework of the EB-5 program and effectively communicate this to potential investors.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to investors throughout the application process, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized content and materials to effectively engage the Chinese market.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust plans accordingly to meet growth targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, ideally in the investment, immigration, or real estate sectors.
- Deep understanding of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and its regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong network of contacts in China's high-net-worth investor community.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
