Deputy General Manager - Retail Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, maximizing occupancy and rental revenue.
• Identify and secure suitable tenants in line with the retail mall's positioning and target audience.
• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and rental terms while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and provide support to enhance their business performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to track industry trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive foot traffic and enhance the mall's attractiveness.
• Work closely with asset management and operations teams to optimize space utilization and retail mix.
• Prepare leasing reports and provide updates to senior management on leasing performance.
