Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, focusing on high-value accounts.
- Analyze campaign data, report on key performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Optimize customer journeys by integrating AI-driven insights and personalization strategies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or Fintech marketing.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong background in email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with ABM strategies and data-driven marketing tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
