About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Streamline Data Workflows: Design and implement the data store and its API, monitor data health, and integrate alternative datasets.
- Partner with Analysts and Traders: Understand their data needs, ensure delivery of actionable datasets, and troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers: Work closely with engineering teams to resolve data issues and make technical adjustments.
- Onboard and Train New Hires: Train new team members on using data tools and processes efficiently.
- Manage JIRA Workflows: Track support requests, ensure timely resolution of data issues, and contribute to data documentation.
- Light Scripting & Querying: Use Python and SQL for data validation, automation, and operational support.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll navigate diverse personalities, build strong relationships, and take ownership of critical data operations.
