Job Title: US Credit Solutions Group Associate
Company Overview:
We are seeking an Analyst/Associate to join our Credit Solutions Group and work closely with sponsors to source and underwrite private credit investment opportunities. Our team sits within the firm's Credit & Markets umbrella and provides tailored debt financing solutions across the capital structure, with primary strategies including senior secured loans, junior, mezzanine, and preferred equity solutions.
About the Team:
Our team is involved in all parts of the investment process, including preliminary diligence efforts, creation of committee materials, financial modeling, internal processes, and more. We uniquely combine principal credit investing and capital markets capabilities. This team will work closely with the Capital Markets team, sharing ideas and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate investment opportunities (direct lending, secondary purchases, portfolio purchases, NAV loans/GP financings).
- Monitor existing investments, perform portfolio analytics, assist in valuations.
- Analyze structured equity investments and equity co-investments.
- Prepare investment memos.
- Develop financial models.
- Work with key departments (Broadly Syndicated Loans, Structured Products, Capital Markets, Direct Lending Underwriting).
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with experience in investment banking, credit, lending, or other relevant buyside roles. Candidates should be prepared to join our office in NYC under experienced team leaders.

Compensation:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
