Creative Marketing Manager
This individual will oversee and produce creative projects for the Marketing department, including 360 campaigns that around video and digital components for both external/internal initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep background in multimedia production and experience in producing B2B financial content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive multimedia content, including videos, marketing materials, digital advertisements, and event content.
- Manage the entire production process from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with various teams to define project scopes and work with creative teams to execute projects.
- Organize project kick-offs and regular production meetings to keep teams aligned on next steps.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand and style guidelines.
- Create production schedules, organize rehearsals, and manage talent bookings.
- Provide backup technical support for studio productions, including media management and technical assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, video production, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in multimedia production or similar.
- Strong understanding of multimedia production processes, including studio shoots, post-production, graphic design, and digital content creation.
- Experience in commercial marketing/B2B within the fintech or financial services industry.
