Title: Corporate Development & Strategy Senior Vice President

This opportunity would allow you to work directly with the Head of Corporate Development as well as C-Suite executives.
Corporate Development & Strategy Vice President Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A opportunities and oversee due diligence process.
- Lead acquisition integration processes.
- Partner with senior executives to develop and implement organic growth strategies.
- Oversee four or more direct reports.
Corporate Development & Strategy Vice President Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience within corporate development, investment banking and/or private equity.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related fields.
