Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Woburn, MA (On-Site)
Our client is a team of experienced insurance professionals dedicated to helping their clients manage risk through various solutions. As a full-service insurance brokerage and consulting firm, they offer top-notch property, liability, and employee benefits services.
Job Purpose: Manage and service commercial accounts, including new business, renewals, and endorsements. Handle client concerns and process accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service accounts (quotes, new business, renewals, contract reviews, endorsements, cancellations).
- Develop quotations and proposals for small and mid-sized commercial clients.
- Process new business and renewals according to guidelines, including invoicing and application completion.
- Review and analyze incoming applications and documentation.
- Address client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Reconcile company audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update renewal expiration lists.
- Complete invoicing, credit match-ups, and collections.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a commercial lines department.
- State Producer's License required.
- Ability to understand commercial insurance products (EPL, EBL, D&O, bonding).
- CIC, CPCU, or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and critical analysis skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Word, Excel, and AMS 360.
