A long standing quantitative hedge fund in New York, with almost 10 billion in Assets Under Management, is looking for junior Business Development talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant sales teams, branch managers, and financial advisors for business development through prospecting activities
- Generate interest in and be able to present product(s); source prospects and carry them to closure through sales process implementation
- maintain high level of expertise on capital markets and investment management industry information
- implement data, market trends, and industry knowledge to formulate strategies for business development and asset growth
- focus on selling to RIAs, Wire Houses, and Independent Broker Dealers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or relate field
- Series 7
- 4-7 years of relevant asset management sales experience
- High level of markets and business acumen
- Proven track record of ability to meet predetermined goals and metrics, demonstrates curiosity, enthusiasm, accountability, adaptability, and coachability
- Knowledge of HubSpot
